Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our service for any reason, you may cancel it within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund, as per our Refund Policy.

Important Note

My Cloud Space does not offer any refunds for cancellations that occur after 14 days from the purchase date.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your order, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Email Cancellation: Write an email to our customer service department from your registered email address.
  2. Cancellation Request: Your email must clearly state the following:
    • Your intention to cancel your order immediately.
    • The unique identification number assigned to your order (as mentioned in the invoice).
    • Confirmation that you have removed your files and data from the hosting space.
  3. Processing Time: Your cancellation request will be processed within 7 working days, and the refund amount will be credited to your registered bank account.

Data Removal

Please ensure that you remove all your data and files from the hosting space. Once your order is cancelled, this data cannot be recovered.
